The fabric is waterproof-treated and mold-resistant, so it tolerates steam and humidity and wipes clean — while the honeycomb cells still add thermal insulation and privacy. Cordless and child-safe, custom-made, with both light-filtering and blackout colors. Water resistance is about Level 3, so they're best for windows near but not directly in shower spray. Waterproof, mold-resistant fabric handles the steam and humidity a regular honeycomb shade can't. Perfect for windows near the tub or sink — just position them out of the direct shower-spray path and wipe clean as needed.
Laundry & powder rooms
Damp, humid utility spaces are hard on ordinary shades. The waterproof treatment resists moisture and mold, so these hold up in laundry rooms, powder rooms, and mudrooms while still giving you privacy and insulation.
Kitchens & steamy spaces
Cooking steam and splashes wipe right off the treated honeycomb fabric. The cellular structure also insulates the window and softens light, keeping a busy kitchen comfortable and private.
When you want blackout privacy
Need full darkness or total privacy in a bath or bedroom? Choose one of the blackout colors instead of light-filtering — same waterproof, mold-resistant build, with room-darkening coverage.
Good to know: Water resistance is about Level 3 — these handle humidity and occasional splashes, but they are not for windows directly in the shower-spray path. If a shade gets wet, dry it promptly to prevent mold over time. For windows right in the spray, choose our Solar Shades instead.
