Simply add this service when configuring your shade. If your product does not fit upon delivery, you may request a replacement within 30 days, subject to the terms below. Our team will manage the remake process efficiently, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Service Coverage

• If the discrepancy between your provided measurements and the required dimensions is between 1/8”(0.3cm) and 1 3/16" (3 cm), we will remake your shade at no additional product cost.
• If the discrepancy is between 1 3/16" (3 cm) and 2 13/16“ (7 cm), you will only be responsible for the price difference between your original and replacement shades.
• Remake fees cover product costs only. Shipping fees are calculated separately and must be paid again based on actual shipping conditions.

Replacement Terms

• The replacement shade will match the original style and fabric.
• Replacement orders will be shipped without the motor.
• The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.
• Due to the custom nature of made-to-order products, each item is eligible for one remake only.

❌ What Is Not Covered

The Measurement Fit Guarantee does not cover the following situations:

• Normal light gaps resulting from inside mount installation
  
• Minor manufacturing tolerances within ±1/8" of the ordered dimensions
• Visual expectations related to room darkening when the product is installed as an inside mount
• Incorrect dimensions entered at checkout, including reversed width and height measurements
• Unit conversion errors (inches vs. centimeters)
• Preference changes after production has begun

The Measurement Fit Guarantee applies only to functional sizing errors where the finished product does not match the confirmed order dimensions beyond acceptable industry tolerance.

For customers seeking zero side light gaps or complete room darkening, outside mount installation is strongly recommended.
