Service Details:

• If the discrepancy between your provided measurements and the required dimensions is within 1.18"( 3 cm), we will remake your shade at no additional cost.
• If the discrepancy is between 1.18”(3cm) and 2.8"(7cm), you will only be responsible for the price difference between your original and replacement shades.

Additional Notes:

• The replacement will match the style and fabric of the original shade but will be shipped without the motor.
• The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Due to the uniqueness of custom products, each item is eligible for only one remake.
• We understand that minor measurement variations can occur, and we provide an allowance for such discrepancies. However, if the discrepancy between the provided specifications and the actual measurements exceeds 2.8 inches (7 cm) — a situation often caused by fundamental errors such as transposing width and height for all windows — it will NOT be covered under our fitting guarantee.
