Can I customize my curtains?

Yes — all our curtains and shades are made to order. You can customize width, drop, pleat style, lining, and fabric. Refer to our Pleats Guide and Lining Guide for help choosing the right options.

How long does production take?

Because every order is custom-made, please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Do you offer fabric samples?

Please contact us before placing your order if you'd like to request fabric samples. We recommend confirming your fabric choice before ordering to ensure complete satisfaction.

2 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we'll get your curtains to you.

How long does delivery take?

After production (7–10 business days), standard shipping takes approximately 14–25 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is faster — contact us for estimated express delivery times to your region.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

What carriers do you use?

We work with reputable international carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification.

Are there customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
