Risk-free Custom Curtains with EaseEase
Our goal is to simplify the process of ordering custom curtains and deliver the best quality in the industry to families. The experience of our customers and the quality of our products come first. That's why we offer the following services to help you order your custom curtains risk-free:
- We offer free fabric swatches so you can feel the texture and see the color before ordering.
- We provide expert advice on measurement and on selecting the most fitting collection for your windows.
- The optional MeasureFit Guarantee (3% of your order) covers a free remake if the size turns out wrong, and includes shipping insurance — see below.
- Reasonable return requests* will be accepted and handled within 30 days of receipt. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
- Installation of curtains or shades should be carried out following our installation instructions. Please install hooks and hardware carefully and gently to prevent damage to the fabric or the shade lifting system.
*The return policy does not apply to any return or refund based on fabric selection if the customer has not seen a fabric sample, or declines to receive a fabric sample after the order is placed.
Doesn't Fit? We Remake It — Free
Our mistake
If we get your order wrong — wrong color, wrong mount, or a size outside our stated tolerance — keep the item and we'll send a correct replacement at no cost. This applies to every order, with or without the MeasureFit Guarantee.
Your measuring mistake or a delivery issue
If you added the MeasureFit Guarantee at checkout (3% of your order, excluding tax), we remake your curtains or shades free of charge when the size doesn't fit because of a measuring error — one remake per item, requested within 90 days of receipt. It also includes shipping insurance: packages lost, stolen after delivery, or damaged in transit are replaced.
Without the guarantee, we'll still quote you a discounted remake — just email us with your order number and corrected measurements.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
EaseEase only delivers the best drapery curtains to customers. We proudly stand behind our materials and manufacturers with a limited lifetime warranty on curtains. Our shades come with a 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase — see the Shades Warranty for details.
What is covered
We guarantee that our product will be free of manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. Should the product be defective, EaseEase will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear — for example normal fading from sunlight, fraying of fabric, loss of color intensity, damage from water, insects or pets, and deterioration of operating mechanisms over time.
- Any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.
- This warranty does not guarantee that products will not become obsolete at some point in the future.
- This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
For all warranty services, please email support@easeeasecurtains.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and attach photos of the defective item. We will confirm coverage and arrange a repair or replacement.
Care Instructions
- For products made from 100% natural materials (such as 100% linen) and those clearly labeled as "unwashable" on the product page (e.g., black-edged items), shrinkage may occur. These products are not suitable for washing.
- Other curtains can be machine washed: use cold water, and place the curtain in a laundry bag (or protect the header with socks). Do not tumble dry — let it air dry naturally. Our high-temperature shaping process keeps the curtains smooth and like new even after multiple washes.
