• Room-Darkening Curtains: These block 90-95% of light, offering a balance of privacy and a soft natural glow.
• Blackout Curtains: Available primarily in darker colors, these block nearly all light for a serene, restful space.
• Total Blackout Curtains: Designed to completely eliminate all light, these are offered in a variety of colors, including white.

The key is ensuring nighttime lights—like streetlights—are entirely blocked for an undisturbed sleep, and our EASEEASE curtains deliver just that.

The fabric used in blackout curtains plays a vital role in determining their performance. At EASEEASE, our dim-out and blackout fabrics are expertly woven textiles, featuring a black yarn inserted between the two sides of the fabric. The level of blackout (ranging from 90% to 100%) depends on the color and structure of the material.

To make it easier for you to choose, we’ve categorized our curtains based on their performance:

• Dim-Out Curtains: Light-colored options like eggshell or white block 90% to 95% of light, offering gentle room darkening.
• Blackout Curtains: Darker colors provide enhanced light blocking, creating a near blackout effect.
• 100% Total Blackout Curtains: For complete darkness, choose either a coated fabric curtain in any color or a blackout curtain in a dark shade.

EASEEASE curtains uses 2 kinds of fabric, a 100% textile fabric weaved with a black yarn or a 3-pass coated fabric.

The performances of each curtain, as explained in point 2, are determined by the fabric itself and eventually the color.

At EASEEASE we chose to use OEKO-TEX certified fabrics. OEKO-TEX is an independent testing and certification system for textile products that is recognized worldwide. The Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® takes into account if the curtain fabric has been produced without the use of any harmful substances.

The fabric of your curtains affects how you should look after them. Linen and cotton curtains can be washed in the delicate cycle. But custom blackout curtains have linings, so they may need dry cleaning, spot cleaning, or hand washing.
