For all products excluding made-to-order items

• Orders may be cancelled before the orders are shipped or within 8 hours of payment confirmation. Once order are shipped, you will be advised with carrier name and tracking number.
• Orders will not be accepted to be cancelled once orders are shipped.

Made-to-order products

• Orders after production begins or after 8 hours want to be changed size, you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.
• Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.
• Samples are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges.

Notes

Each transaction incurs a non-refundable 6% processing fee due to payment platform charges. Due to the high-value nature of our products, cancellations made immediately after purchase without a valid reason will not be eligible for a refund of this fee, as a measure to prevent fraudulent orders.
