Note on coverage: top down bottom up roman shades holds folded fabric at both ends. Raised fully, the stack sits at the top; with the top rail lowered, fabric gathers at the top and the bottom rail rests below it. Allow a few inches of fabric at each end when planning your view.

For bedrooms with an outside-mount blackout installation, some light may enter around the perimeter edges. An inside mount, or pairing the shade with side curtains, will minimize this.
