Measure Width and Length Correctly

Shades can be inside or outside mounted. Considering the window frame depth is the first step.

    • A minimum window depth of 2" is required for manual control, while the motorized version requires a minimum depth of 2 1/2";
    • 3/8 inch headrail deduction taken at your actual measuring to ensure the side does not touch the edges tightly；
    • Note there will be slight gaps on the sides due to fabric deductions.
    • No minimum depth requirement.
    • We recommend ordering additional width 4-6 inches to prevent light gaps on the sides of your window.
