Good to Know Before You Buy

To prevent sagging in middle over time
The brackets must be mounted into studs, not drywall. The advantage of our track is that it can be fixed to any studs available, unlike adjustable rods, which require studs at the left, right, and center of the window.
Make sure runners match your curtain
We recommend a pleated header, as it allows height adjustment to stay level with uneven floors.

How to Prevent Sagging on a Wide Rod

The most common complaint with long curtain rods is center sag. Here’s how many brackets you need based on your span:

Up to 120" (10 ft)

2 end brackets + 1 center bracket minimum. Space brackets every 48".

120"–200" (10–17 ft)

2 end brackets + 2–3 center brackets. Space every 40" for heavy panels.

200"+ (17 ft+)

2 end brackets + 4+ center brackets. Space every 36" for velvet or blackout.
