No, the width refers to the width of your rod, excluding the finials. If you want to install it wall-to-wall, please leave room for the width of the finials.

If you want to install Roman rods as close to the ceiling/molding as possible, they still need to be side-mounted on the wall.

• For a pleated header, subtract 3" to 3.5" to achieve for a 0.5" above the floor look.
