- For honeycomb shades, always raise and lower them by pulling straight up or down from the center. Do not pull from one side only or forcefully drag them, as this may cause damage or uneven operation.

Shades can be inside or outside mounted. Considering the window frame depth is the first step.

- 1/4 inch headrail deduction taken at your actual measuring to ensure the side does not touch the edges tightly；
- Note there will be slight gaps on the sides due to fabric deductions.

Will no-drill shades damage my walls or window frames?
No. These shades are designed to be renter-friendly and removable. The adhesive backing or tension system will not leave permanent holes or damage if removed carefully.
What kind of surfaces do no-drill shades work on?
They work best on smooth, flat, and clean surfaces such as wood, PVC, aluminum, or painted drywall. Textured or uneven surfaces may reduce adhesion strength.
How to measure for OUTSIDE MOUNT shades?
For window frame depths less than 2 “, Measure window width including mouldings and add 2”, Measure window height including mouldings and add 3"
When filling in the width for INSIDE MOUNT, do I need to subtract 1/4 inch?
Yes. If your window casing width is 50", you should order width 49-3/4".(deduct 1/4 inch by yourself)
If I want to have shade inside mounted, what is the minimum window depth?
For window depths at least 2"
