How to measure for OUTSIDE MOUNT shades?
For window frame depths less than 8“, we suggest to choose outside mount. Measure window width including mouldings and add at least 4”, Measure window height including mouldings and add at least 4"
If I want to have shade inside mounted, what is the minimum window depth?
The minimum flush inside mount depth is 8 inches. If the depth is less than this, your sheer curtain panels will rub against the wall when rotating.
