What brands of motors do you use?
We primarily use Dooya, AOK and RAEX motors. We match the appropriate brand and motor model based on your product and size specifications.
How quiet is the motor?
The noise level is less than 35dB, similar to the sound of a refrigerator starting. The Plug-In Version might be noisier.
Can the motor be seen from the outside?
Yes, the motor will be slightly visible, as it’s mounted on the side of the curtain track.
However, you can easily cover it with the curtain fabric for a cleaner, more seamless look.
Do I need to buy a gateway?
Everything you need is already included — a complimentary gateway, remote control, charging cable, and different types of screws. If you need additional smart gateways, please contact us to purchase them separately at $59 each.
Can I still open and close the fabric curtains manually?
Absolutely! You can always operate your curtains by hand whenever you like — the motor allows smooth manual movement without any damage.
How often does the battery need to be charged?
We recommend charging the battery every 6-8 months to maintain lithium ion activity. For lighter loads, you may only need to charge every 7-12 months.
How do I charge the lithium battery?
We will provide you with a charging cable approximately 2 meters long. Charging is just like charging a mobile phone—simply plug it into a power adapter.
If your windows are high and you need a longer cable, please leave a note with your order. We’ll prepare the right length for you.
How long does each charge take？
Around 4 hours.
What is the remote control range?
The remote control range is up to 30 meters.
